FOGSI recognized courses
Our Centre is recognized by The Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) for conducting Infertility Training Courses for the members of the FOGSI.
The courses include:
- IUI & Stimulation Protocol (2 days training program) – Fees Rs. 3435/-
- Basic Infertility Training (7 days training program) – Fees Rs. 17175/-
- Advanced Infertility Training (14 days training program) – Fees Rs. 28625/-
Interested FOGSI members are requested to download the application form (link to the pdf). And mail the following details to education@ivfnasik.com :
- Scanned copy of duly filled application form,
- Scanned copy/copies relevant degree certificates,
- Scanned copy of DD/Cheque with appropriate fees amount,
- The FOGSI membership number.
The candidates must courier the application form with all the relevant papers to the following address –“Dr. Lad’s Navjeevan Hospital,

The training dates will be finalized by the centre and upon confirmation with the candidate would be forwarded to the FOGSI. The course would commence on the scheduled dates.
